Does Bud Rub contain CBD?
No! Bud Rub uses essential oils. We use several essential oils including some that are rich in β- Caryophyllene, a terpene known to interact with the endocannabinoid system. We think this is superior to CBD for providing immediate soothing relief. Rosemary, an essential oil common all scent variations is well known for its beneficial effects on sore and aching muscles and joints.
Where can I find Bud Rub in my town?
Bud Rub is carried by many merchants across the country. Contact us by phone or email and we can let you know. We also have a link called "Retailers" on this site that lists the stores.
What is Bud Rub used for?
This question comes up a lot. The answer is pretty straight forward but varies quite a bit. People use it for a number of reasons. Most people use it for mild arthritis or strained muscles. Many have used it successfully for fibromyalgia. It's a great item to keep in the kitchen too: Not to rub on food, but to relieve pain from those occasional burns. Apply it right away to a burn and avoid the subsequent hypersensitivity and pain. Any time you have some pain and inflammation, add Bud Rub.
Does Bud Rub need to be refrigerated?
Bud Rub does fine for many months sitting in cabinet somewhere and so does not need to be refrigerated, but we do recommend doing so after opening the jar. Refrigeration does provide some benefits. The first is that the shelf life is improved. Anytime you keep something cool (or cold) and dark, it will last longer. The second benefit is that some people like to cold feeling of the Rub going on.
